Well, after doing a lot of research and reviewing the testimonials right here and elsewhere, I chose to purchase Whynter Exhaust Hose for Portable Air Conditioner Model ARC-14S (ARC-EH-14S). Though I 'd have liked a better guarantee, I decided the attributes were appealing enough to attempt it. It is a bunch of cash to get rid of if it falls short simply after the guarantee. I am completely in love with this item. It is high quality item, smart features. I simply got it today, and I will update my review later if needed.
Only extends to 50 inches
Works well but be aware that these do not extend to the 5 feet stated in the product's description. I've purchased two of these from Amazon, each only extend to 50 inches.

Got this to extend the exhaust and intake for the Whynter AC/Heater. I did not need it but will keep it as a spare.
