We simply purchased this Air Conditioner Cover All Season 32x32x32"ht .....BLACK......and Custom ht. is available at no extra charge. Up until now so good. I am absolutely in love with this product from Premieraccovers, Made it the very best cost on the web when we bought it initially of this month.
AC all season cover
The product was delivered as advertised. I requested a custom height and it was delivered as requested. I really like the cover but there were only minor issues: (1) the vinyl hold down strap provided does not work very well and (2) As advertised, I had to slit one bottom corner of the cover to allow for the tubing and cable to slide by and then tried to attach the 2 velcro pieces supplied to keep the slit together. Unfortunately the stickum side of the velcro does stick to the netting very well and came off of the cover.
