I received this product about 3 days ago and am really happy with the product. I had an 12-000 Btu C Series Portable Air Conditioner and I would never ever purchase once again. So far so great. Can't be even worse than the 12-000 Btu C Series Portable Air Conditioner Likewise if you registered it on line you got an additional two months warranty.
How I Survived the Heatwave of 2010
Had it for two months. It cools down the entire first floor of my townhouse, a large combined livingroom/diningroom (about 800 sq ft). Set it up in five minutes. It's bigger than I thought and more beige than the image implies, but works so well that I'll buy another for the second floor next summer. The electric bills have been minimal.
