I got this item about 7 days back and am extremely pleased with the product. I bought this item about 1.5 months ago and i must say this may cool well for small bedroom, but the window kit is an absplute piece of junk. No thought here given to how to securely attach all the pieces together. A roll of duct tape is an absolute necessecity, mayby even a dryer vent kit would fit better.
